Jon Harris
Hello everyone! My name is Jon Harris and I am ecstatic to come back home to TPHS. It has always been my dream since high school to someday be an educator here and that dream has finally became a reality! I am a 2007 graduate of TPHS, and I have lived in Tellico Plains my entire life. I married my high school sweetheart, Amanda, and we have two wonderful children- Paxton and Wilder, and a baby girl on the way.
I will be heading into my 13th year as an educator, and I previously taught 8th grade mathematics at TPJHS for my entire 12 year career. I have always been passionate about being an educator and a mentor to young minds. Teaching is the profession that teaches all other professions, and I love every minute of it.
