May 5, 9:00 AM. - 3:00 P.M. - TPHS SENIOR CHECK-IN

Seniors will enter the building next to Mrs. McDaniel’s door at appointed time, maintaining one way traffic down the hall and maintaining social distancing guidelines while on campus! Doors will be propped open so no student will touch anything they are not taking with them. All staff will wear gloves and masks.

Tables will be spaced out down the halls. Different stations include :

Yearbook distribution; classroom book drop-off, uniforms, etc.; lunch bills/refunds due; and cap-n-gown pictures (Bring your cap/gown/tassell. If you still do not have one, that's ok! Come anyway! Mrs. Watson has a one you can wear!)

Seniors will meet with Mrs. Brown to discuss credits, grades, scholarships, transcripts, and TN Promise. Each student will pick-up personal belongings from locker and exit next to Mrs. Debity’s door.

Follow the approximate schedule. We are going to limit it to 5 students in the building at one time. Most students will be done in 10 minutes. The schedule is according to last names. Come to the school between the times given.

9:30 a.m. - Last Name C

10:00 a.m. - Last Name D

10:30 a.m. - Last Name E-F

11:00 a.m. - Last Name G-H

11:30 a.m. - Last Name J-K

12:00 p.m. - Last Name l

12:30 p.m. - Last Name M

1:00 p.m. - Last Name O-P

1:30 p.m. - Last Name R

2:00 p.m. - Last Name S

2:30 p.m. - Last Name T-V

3:00 p.m. - Last Name W-Z

Important: We would like for all seniors to stop by, but we understand if it is not safe for you or a family member to attend. TPHS will work with each student if there is any issue with a student coming to school. Do not come if you are sick or have been exposed to someone who is. Some seniors have jobs and cannot come at the designated time. We can stay late or make other arrangements with you. During the day you can call the school at 423-253-2530 with questions or make an alternative appointment. After hours you can call or text my cell phone at 423-519-4631.
