Overview

The athletic department at TPHS takes great pride in our program, coaches/assistants, and athletes. Being a Bear or Lady Bear means that a student has set goals, become a team-player, and learned many responsibilities not only about becoming a better athlete but also about life. The safety of our athletes is the highest priority. The next highest goal is for those who represent TPHS do so with outstanding sportsmanship and character; we want to create great men and women who will be conscience of their actions, take pride in the positive choices in which they make, and become leaders in life!  
All potential TPHS athletes MUST have a sports physical BEFORE tryouts, conditioning, or practice begins.
A student can sign up to have the physical examination at school (Coordinated School Health) OR by a primary care physician.
The following documents must be submitted to the Nurse Amy Gregory in order to participate in school-sponsored sports:
